The Chairman of the “Caspian Energy Club” and the Executive Director of the group, Telman Aliyev, along with the Managing Director of “Caspian Energy Club International,” Gunel Guliyeva, took part in a meeting dedicated to discussing the draft Action Plan for 2025 and the Roadmap for the “Business Ready” report of the “Labor Market” working group.
Presentations were made on the implementation of the 2024 Action Plan of the working group, as well as the work carried out within the framework of the World Bank Group’s “Business Ready” report, specifically regarding the “Labor Force” indicator and the 2024 Roadmap.
During the meeting, steps taken towards the development of the labor market, improvement of labor legislation, expansion of active labor market programs, and enhancement of workforce skills were also highlighted.
