Caspian Energy Club Organizes “CEO Tour” to Veysəloğlu Group Logistics Center

The Caspian Energy Club arranged a “CEO Tour” to the Veysəloğlu Group Logistics Center in Məmmədli, bringing together nearly 40 business leaders from member companies. Participants had the opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the operations, technological innovations, and supply chain management strategies implemented at the facility.

During the tour, business representatives were introduced to warehouse management systems, cargo reception and distribution processes, and cutting-edge logistics solutions. It was highlighted that the Veysəloğlu Logistics Center, one of the largest in the Caucasus region, has been certified under ISO 9001 international standards for Quality Management and Occupational Safety. Spanning 22 hectares, the center includes a 95,000-pallet-capacity warehouse across 9 hectares, storing a diverse range of products, including 20,000 types of dry and non-food items, 120 varieties of fresh produce, and 400 types of chilled and frozen goods. The facility processes 6,000 pallets daily and ensures deliveries to 4,000 retail locations.

Following the tour, a networking session was held with key executives, including Rəşad İbrahimov, Chairman of Araz Supermarkets; İlqar Nuri, Senior Advisor to the CEO of Veysəloğlu Group; Anar Adilzadə, Logistics Director of Araz Supermarkets; and Telman Əliyev, CEO of Caspian Energy Club. Discussions focused on business operations within the Veysəloğlu Group and the broader retail sector, with participants emphasizing that such meetings foster collaboration and strategic partnerships.

At the conclusion of the event, Anar Adilzadə was awarded a certificate of appreciation by Telman Əliyev for his contributions to the initiative. Əliyev also announced plans for future “CEO Tour” visits to other Veysəloğlu Group enterprises, reinforcing the club’s commitment to enhancing business engagement.
